Mark E. Capstick graduated in 1998 along side his wife Katie Lynch Capstick from Walled Lake Central High School.  After High School he furthered his education at Western Michigan University.  Following two years at WMU he began a career in funeral service at Lynch & Sons in Walled Lake.   After developing a passion for the profession, Mark enrolled in Mortuary School.  He graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelors of Science specializing in Mortuary Science and received his State of Michigan Funeral Directors License in 2006.  He is currently living in the city of Lapeer with his wife, Katie Lynch Capstick their son, Kaden Edward Capstick, and their daughter Abigail Jennifer Capstick.  Together he and his wife operate Lynch & Sons - Capstick Chapel in downtown Lapeer.  

Mark is a current member of the Free and Accepted Masons of Michigan Lapeer Lodge 54, and Lapeer Area Chamber of Commerce.   He is also currently participating in a program at Mott Community College in Lapeer that educates undergraduates on the funeral service profession.
